INSPIRATION

Hapuna Beach, about 40 minutes north of Kailua-Kona, is a great place to stop at sunset.  It is a nice sandy beach, perfect for swimming, walking and running.  Take a look along the cliffs on the left of the beach looking makai (oceanward).  You may be able to spot some natural arches shown in the 3rd and 4th photos in this album.  You’ll also spot something similar on the label of Hawai’i Nui Brewing Sunset Amber Ale.
